Job Summary:  

The Assistant Restaurant Manager / Management Trainee is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily store operations. This role is a training ground for future Restaurant Managers, focusing on leadership, customer service, food quality, sales growth, and team development to deliver “Alagang Jollibee” service.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:


Operations Management

Assists in managing daily store operations: opening/closing, shifts, and inventory

Ensures compliance with QSC&V standards: Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value

Monitors food preparation, product availability, and waste control

Implements company promos, procedures, and policies


Team Leadership

Supervises, coaches, and motivates service crew and team leaders

Assists in scheduling, attendance monitoring, and deployment

Conducts training and performance evaluations for team members

Handles employee concerns and disciplinary actions with HR


Customer Service

Ensures excellent customer experience and handles customer complaints

Maintains high FSC: Fast, Friendly, and Accurate service

Builds relationship with regular customers and community


Sales & Profitability

Helps drive sales through local store marketing and upselling

Monitors daily sales, food cost, labor cost, and other P&L items

Conducts cash management, audits, and deposit procedures

Assists in achieving store targets and KPIs


Administration & Compliance

Prepares and submits required reports: sales, inventory, manpower

Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and government regulations

Coordinates with HR, Accounting, and Maintenance for store needs


Qualifications:


Graduate of 4-year course: HRM, Business Ad, Food Tech, or any related field

With at least 1–2 years experience in fast food/restaurant/retail, supervisory level

Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential may apply as Management Trainee

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented, results-driven, and can work under pressure

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays


Willing to be assigned in any Jollibee branch: Metro Manila
